Playful Meets Polished: A Globally Inspired, Design-Forward Interior

When our clients approached us with their bright, joyful energy, we knew that spirit had to shine through in the design. From the earliest concept to the final layer, we infused their home with a sense of vibrancy, warmth, and personality - capturing their unique point of view through a thoughtful mix of old and new.

Balancing Traditional Roots with Modern Design

One of the core design challenges was reconciling the client’s collection of traditional furniture pieces with a desire for a more contemporary, design-forward interior. We approached this with intention, blending eras and styles to create a space that feels eclectic yet cohesive.

Our collaborations included sourcing custom lighting and furniture from some of our favorite contemporary designers, while layering in vintage finds to tell a story of layered history and personal expression. Notable moments include:

  • A Viggo Boesen curved sofa in the Primary Bedroom

  • The striking 1970s Ingo Maurer “Uchiwa” pendant in the Dining Room

  • Custom-designed pieces, like a sculptural dining table and a built-in conversation sofa

A Global Lens, Personal Touches

Throughout the home, patterns, materials, and artwork reflect the well-traveled lifestyle of our clients. Soft textures offer luxurious comfort, while rich, vibrant colors echo their playful, creative personalities. The result is a home that feels curated, lived-in, and joyfully expressive, where every space balances sophistication with soul.
