Pre-Design & Programming
Questionnaires, site visits, and developing the design narrative. During this phase, we solidify scope and budget.Schematic Design
Space planning with floor plans, 3D studies, and material exploration.Design Development
Source and finalize finishes, materials, custom cabinetry details, lighting and plumbing fixtures, and 3D models in SketchUp for visualization.Construction Documentation
Comprehensive documents compiled for the General Contractor bidding.Construction Administration
On-site coordination with General Contractor and trades. Regular updates without day-to-day management burden.
FF&E PLANNING & SELECTION
Space Planning & Programming: Define scope, space plan, and assess existing pieces you'd like to keep.
Sourcing & Selection: Coordinate with trusted vendors and suppliers, source furniture, lighting, rugs, and decorative accessories. Design custom pieces where needed, and present curated options for your approval.
Procurement: Coordinate quotes, process orders, manage budget, and track deliveries with quality control.
Install: Coordination of final delivery, assembly, placement, and styling to complete the design process, and welcome you back into your reimagined spaces.

How much does interior design cost?
Our fees are billed hourly, and vary based on project scope and complexity. During our initial consultation, we'll discuss your budget and provide a clear proposal outlining process and fees.
Do you work on projects outside of Portland?
Yes. We work throughout the US and Western Europe, and are currently managing projects in Oregon and California, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and San Clemente.
What types of projects do you take on?
We specialize in whole-home remodels, kitchen and bath design, new construction interiors, and custom furniture packages for residential clients.
How involved do I need to be?
We establish a desired level of involvement early in the process. We provide curated options at key decision points and handle all project coordination and vendor management.
Do you work with my existing furniture?
Absolutely. We love integrating meaningful pieces you already own into the overall design, it helps propel the overall narrative.
