Greenleaf Romantic: A Timeless Interior Refresh with Personal Impact

Nestled on the coveted street of Greenleaf Court, this elegant 1930s residence radiated architectural charm and character—but it was ready for a curated, modern refresh. After relocating from Chicago, the homeowners entrusted Bright Designlab to furnish and elevate their first home in Portland, seeking a space that felt both meaningful and enduring.

We responded with a curated selection of custom furnishings, textiles, and art designed to reflect their style and enhance the home’s historical charm.

A Fresh Interior Palette with Custom Details

In addition to full furnishing, we gave the home a refined update through:

  • A custom interior paint palette that highlighted the original architectural moldings

  • Built-in shelving and seating to increase function and add character

  • A reimagined fireplace design to serve as a true focal point in the living space

  • A bonus Powder Bath refresh, delivering a pop of personality in a small but impactful space
