This was the first of many walnut kitchen designs to follow . The clients, artist and designer under one roof, were begging for wall space and a kitchen that speaks like furniture.  Tipo Statuario marble counters, with a giant trough of a sink, a Kohler Karbon faucet that looks like a little robot, and intricate cabinet detailing... such as routed handles on interior drawers, horizontal grain running the face, and grey rubber industrial flooring.  The midcentury inspired styling was integrated to match the owner's collection of midcentury furniture and vintage accouterments.

The Scope: Full re-design of kitchen layout, new window placement, lighting, finish palette, and appliance selections.
