BOISE ELIOTT KITCHEN
This was the first of many walnut kitchen designs to follow . The clients, artist and designer under one roof, were begging for wall space and a kitchen that speaks like furniture. Tipo Statuario marble counters, with a giant trough of a sink, a Kohler Karbon faucet that looks like a little robot, and intricate cabinet detailing... such as routed handles on interior drawers, horizontal grain running the face, and gray rubber industrial flooring. The mid-century inspired styling was integrated to match the owner's collection of mid-century furniture and vintage accouterments.
